Storyboard: Feedback from Ocado
We discussed our storyboard and concept with Ocado.
They liked our idea and liked the family and cultural aspect of our motion graphic.
They suggested keeping our animations simple. We assured them we would stick to this minimalistic style adding less detail to certain frames and perhaps crop the starting scenes so that the legs wouldn't be shown. They also suggested to have less emphasis on the technology in our storyboard (computer screen and checkout button frames) and focus more on the emotional aspect of our story so that individuals watching our advert would be left with a smile.
They also mentioned that we had used a good example of juxtaposition as we had included traditional family values and dishes compared with the modern aspect of technology.
